This is an introduction to moving water and whitewater paddling on the West Branch of the Penobscot, for community members ages 18 & older.

• We'll meet at the Millinocket branch of the Katahdin Gear Library, 215 Penobscot Ave

• We’ll start at 1 PM and end by 6 PM on the river.

• We will have both hardshell and inflatable sit-on-top kayaks available to use.

• We have space for a maximum of eight paddlers. You must register to claim your spot.
