Getting better at one thing helps us get better at everything. This is why learning how to participate in outdoor sports like kayaking, biking, or skiing can be so life changing. It feels amazing to do something new and feel ourselves improve. But often that’s easier said than done. There are a million things that get in our way, and many of them start in our own heads.

Whether you’re totally new to the outdoors, or a seasoned veteran, this course will help you overcome the barriers that keep you from pursuing time in the outdoors as you truly want to.

Check Out What Others Have Said

“All these things are interlinked and connected in different ways to make you a better, so when all mixed together at the same time you can see immediate improvement.”

“I would have to say the mindset chats we did were probably the most beneficial, and hearing what someone at the very top of the game does in this area is a small change with huge benefits.”

“I have never done yoga until this course, and it was a great way to start my day!”

“Its was ALL good but the breath work and foundation training blew my mind. And then the yoga and talking about mind stuff was vital. I think the breath work stuff will totally help with the mental stuff.”

“Getting people to be curious about self-development may be the best tool for helping others.”
